First, on behalf of the Coffins (pictured above in case you don’t know what they look like), let me start by saying thank you to all of you who are willing to offer a meal for our neighbors and friends, Mike and Tracy. Currently, we’ve got three weeks covered and the Coffins said that they would let me know if they would still like them closer to the end of that period. Until then, the information you’ll need to bring them a meal can be found below.
Next, if the date I’ve assigned you doesn’t work for some reason, please let ME know (206-962-9886) and I’ll do my best to switch you to another day. Alternatively, you can also prepare a meal the day before and drop it off with me at the church and I’ll take it to them on your scheduled day.
Here’s the skinny…
What: A dinner for TWO people. They have NO dislikes or preferences. They have NO allergies. If you’re able, please deliver the food in containers that don’t need to be returned. If you are using a container, pan, etc. that needs to be returned, I will be picking them up from the Coffins and leaving them in the Trail Hiker Center kitchen, where you can be picked up from 9am until 5pm.
Where: The Coffins are staying at Kenny and Liz Howard’s home located at 400 Gunnison Avenue at the north east corner of 149 and 4th street in historic Lake City.

When: If you’re able to deliver the meal between 6:00pm and 6:30pm, that would be great. If you need to drop it off earlier or the day before, I’d ask that you bring it to me (Jason) at the church and we’ll take it over there at 6:00pm on your scheduled day.
DO NOT leave food on their porch or take it into the house. Their dogs are in the house and may not respond well to a stranger coming in.
