I hope you are all well on this chilly Saturday night. I’m sorry I’m writing you so late and that this will be a short communication. I’ll share more in the morning worship service.
This Sunday is Transfiguration Sunday where we highlight the majesty of the Transfiguration. It’s also the last Sunday before Lent, which means that our Ash Wednesday service will be held this coming Wednesday, March 2nd at noon. This week’s preaching text comes from the New Testament reading found in 2 Corinthians 3:12-4:2. You can read it and the other lectionary texts for this week here.

There will be NO Games Monday night or Wednesday Bible Study.
Ash Wednesday
Join us this coming week for our Ash Wednesday service on March 2nd at 12:00pm in-person in the sanctuary. The service will include Taizé chants the Imposition of Ashes. The service will NOT be broadcasted on Zoom.
Weekly Bible Study
Because of Ash Wednesday, our weekly Bible Study will NOT meet this week. Join us the following week on Wednesday, March 9th at our usual time as we explore the book of James.
